Wilfred on FX [see]
Tonight, June 23rd, on FX at 10pm ET the new television series called Wilfred will hit the mainstream tube. Wilfred was originally an independent television series put on and written by two Aussie fellows, Jason Gann and Adam Zwar. With it's dark humor and stupid-funny plot it has grabbed the eyes of FX to market it to the forefront. A new cast has been chosen all except Wilfred the dog still played by writer/producer Jason Gann. Adam Zwar has moved on to explore new roles he states and the rights have been sold to FX where they may switch out some scenes and dialoge for the American version. So tonight we will see how much FX has cut out. I'm hoping they hold onto those dark humorous scenes with the character of Adam and Wilfred sitting on the couch, watching DVDs, smoking weed, and chatting man-to-mutt. Let us know how you think it'll turn out in the comments. Also, in the post there's a clip from the original Wilfred showing one of the couch scenes and another clip of the FX Wilfred promo.
